Welcome to CareerRating.com (the "Site"), a service operated by CareerRating.com, Inc. The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between You and us. You will immediately notify CareerRating.com of any unauthorized use of your membership or any other breach of security.

Membership and Fees

We do not charge a fee to access the Site or our basic Services. We may make additional premium of the Service to access certain components of the Service, or advertising-supported Services available to You from time to time and such additional services may be subject to different terms and fees. We will make such additional terms and/or fees known to You before utilizing any additional Services. Companies will be required to pay for a membership with the Service.

If you must pay a fee to access a component of the Service, this information will be posted by CareerRating.com on the Service. You may use a credit card to pay these fees. When you provide credit card information to CareerRating.com, you represent to CareerRating.com that you are the authorized user of the credit card. Some fees may be monthly. For these recurring fees, CareerRating.com will charge your credit card each month. You must promptly notify CareerRating.com of any changes to your credit card number, its expiration date, and your billing address, and you must promptly notify CareerRating.com if your credit card expires or is canceled. CareerRating.com reserves the right to change its fees or billing methods. If any change is unacceptable to you, you may cancel your membership or downgrade it to Basic membership, but CareerRating.com will not refund any fees that may have accrued to your membership before you cancel it. CareerRating.com may also charge you for any sales or use taxes to which the Service is subject.

We retain all right to determine the features and capabilities included as part of the Site and the Services. We may include features and capabilities that link to third-party services, content, applications, widgets or websites from the Site, the Services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site and the Services or modify the Terms from time-to-time, with or without notice to You, and we are not liable to You or any third party should we exercise such right.
